Any JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 30 MB, with each side over 300 pixels. Portraits, pets, products, artwork and landscapes all work. Clear, well-lit photos with one main subject give the best results.

How long does it take to make a video?

Usually a few minutes, depending on the length and quality you chose and how busy the model is. You can close the page while it renders: with an account the finished video waits in My Works, and guests get a private link by email.

How many credits does a video use?

It depends on the model, length and resolution. On the default model, Standard (Seedance 2.0 Mini), a 12-second video uses 10 credits at 720p and 5 credits at 480p. On Pro (Seedance 2.0) the same 12 seconds at 720p use 20 credits. The generate button shows the exact cost before you start.

Is it free? Do I need a subscription?

There's no free plan, and no subscription is needed. You can pay once, as a guest if you like: $9.90 for one video, or packs from $29 for 5 videos, and pack credits never expire. Plans are optional, from $29.90 a month, for people who make videos often; plan credits refresh every billing period and don't roll over, and you can cancel any time.

What if my video fails?

All credits for a failed video are returned to your balance automatically, whether the model failed, the service was down, the result did not pass the content check or rendering timed out.

Can I make videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts?

Yes. Choose 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube and websites, or 1:1 for a square post. The format does not change the price.

Who can see my photos and videos?

Only you can see your videos, unless you share a link or choose to show one in the public gallery. Every upload and result passes a content check, and you can delete your account at any time, which removes your videos, photos and personal data.
